VAT Bookeeping
& PAYE Bureau Service
An increasing number of clients are finding running
their own businesses leaves them less and less time
to keep their own records.
For this reason we offer bookkeeping services not
only for clients we prepare accounts for, but other
accountant’s clients also. This has reduced
their accountancy charges in turn as the records are
in better condition for the final account preparation.

The biggest headache for most employers is employing
staff.
We have removed this problem by offering a payroll
service in which our clients either fax or email the
hours or gross pay for the week or month and we fax
or email the payslips back to them. Included in this
services is the provision of PAYE figures each month
to pay, printing of P60 certificates at the year end
and completion and submission of the Employers and
Contractors returns.

Self Assessment,
Employer and Contractors Returns
We complete self assessments returns for all of our
clients in the process of completing their accounts
but we also have clients who because of investments
or benefits in kind have to complete a return.
The completion of the employers and contractors returns
is a necessity for any employer and can be easily
overlooked.
We complete these returns for any clients that we
provide a payroll service to, and contact all other
employing clients at the beginning of May to remind
them

CIS 4, 5 and
6 Applications
For clients new to the building industry we can complete
the necessary forms to apply for the CIS 4 card.
For CIS 5 and 6 applications we complete the turnover
tests from you own records and determine whether in
our opinion a card will be issued before submission
to the Inland Revenue.

Accounting
Systems & Data Networks Supplied & Installed
We are members of the Sage Accountants Club, which
means we can provide Sage Accounting and Payroll software
and training.
For larger or expanding clients we have firms we
use to install data networks and computer systems
to your requirements. This would then allow Sage products
to be networked and used by a number of operators.
